It is so true, nothing is better than this, to a educator.

As an educator, we must understand this, we must acknowledge this.

"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough."

This reminds me back one of the best bollywood indian movie -- 3 Idiots.

Clearly we knew that rancho(protaganist) knew machine very well. =)

What's the purpose of education if the educator can't simply explain and the student doesn't understand the topic well?

Teachers, lecturers, coaches and any other educator should acknowledge this.

Teaching, is not only telling students what is written inside the textbook, but something more.

The purpose of teaching:

Rancho writes a term on the board. Requesting everyone to define the term within 30 seconds to see who's the first and who is the last.

They can research from any where using any method including searching inside books.

Then none found the answer, and Rancho reviews that the term doesn't exist.

It was an superb AWESOME movie, the 3Idiots, and I recommend it for every one.

Especially for those who persue-ing degrees masters in engineering field.
